Pamela B. Pardoe is a seasoned attorney who brings a wealth of experience to her family law and probate practice.
Pamela is well-versed in all areas of divorce and family law, including child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution of assets, as well as other family-related matters such as post-divorce modifications, paternity actions, relocation cases, same-sex divorce, and premarital agreements. Pamela zealously advocates for her clients at all phases of the litigation process.
As a Category F GAL, Pamela is appointed by the Probate Court to investigate high-conflict custody matters to assist the Court in making decisions in the best interest of the children. Investigations involve gathering information, meeting with the parties, the children, and relevant nonparty witnesses, and reviewing documents, culminating in a detailed report summarizing her findings and observations.
Before establishing Pardoe Law, P. C., Pamela worked at Gallagher & Cavanaugh in Lowell, Massachusetts, where she concentrated her practice on divorce, family law matters, fiduciary litigation, and estate planning. She previously worked at Taylor, Ganson, & Perrin, LLP, in Boston, Massachusetts, handling probate litigation and family law matters.
Pamela has been practicing law in Massachusetts since 1995, except for eighteen months in 1999/2000 when she worked in the telecommunications industry in California. She began her career as a trial attorney in a small general practice law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Her caseload was diverse. She appeared in various forums, including the District Court, Superior Court, Federal District Court, Housing Court, Probate Court, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court, and numerous administrative bodies.
Pamela graduated from the New England School of Law in 1995 and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts that same year. She obtained an LL.M. degree in Taxation from Boston University in 2001. Pamela was admitted to practice law in California in 2001 and in the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Bar in 1997.
